Lott Industries located in Toledo, Ohio is a special manufacturer of car parts; all 1,200 workers are developmental disabled people. As the economic crisis in US car industry hits, in spite of their performance of high quality ratings, the factory faces the threat of closing. There is no miracle. But there will be no defeat, either.
